Prefabricated Wood Panels
Designed primarily for low-rise residential and mixed-use applications up to 6 stories, our PrimePanels are built with self-manufactured, industry-leading windows, doors, cladding and other building envelope materials. They are stored and delivered using industry-first racking systems and logistics. There are options for back-framing elements, pre-drilling and cutting for MEP/HVAC services.
Prefabricated Aluminum Window Walls
Designed primarily for commercial, mid-rise, and high-rise projects, our aluminum PrimeWalls can be manufactured to meet various building code standards, including fire, wind, and rain. Using self-manufactured, industry-leading windows, doors, cladding and other building envelope materials allows PrimeFab to offer a superior product more cost-effectively. PrimeWalls are stored and delivered using industry-first racking systems and logistics.
Collaborative Pre-Designed Plans.
PrimeDesigns are panel-ready Standard Plans that are a collaboration with a variety of design partners. Choose from accessory dwelling units, single-family homes, multiplexes and low-rise buildings. This eliminates the design fees and extended wait times that are typical when working directly with design/architectural firms.
Compact Combinable Spaces.
PrimeSpaces are proprietary plans that can be panelized or modular. We’ve designed these to be scalable individual models or volumetric. They offer flexibility for interior/exterior finishes and floor plan layouts.
