PrimeFab is the result of real-world learning, starting with Triumph’s own early panelized projects, including the Roncesvalles Lofts more than 15 years ago. It now stands as a platform designed to bring tested, Canadian-made systems to developers, general contractors, investors, and modular builders across Ontario and beyond.
PrimeFab was founded to meet the urgent need for faster, more cost-effective, and scalable building solutions in Canada. With the housing crisis impacting communities nationwide, we believe in changing the way buildings get built by bringing more intelligence, speed, and efficiency to every project.

Mario Ribeiro
Founder & CEO of Triumph Group with 37+ years in construction. Since immigrating from Portugal in 1986, building Triumph Group on craftsmanship & excellence. Today, it’s a nationwide leader in Complete Building Envelope solutions across Canada.
Michael Guidroz
Over 15 years of experience with commercial & residential construction and modular manufacturing. Michael is responsible for the execution of key projects from plant retrofit to modular installation.
Jesse Page
Modular Manufacturing Manager – PrimeFab, Triumph North. Over 25 years of experience in residential construction and modular manufacturing. Jesse is responsible for the entire line of PrimeFab products and processes.
Johan Kepp
Over 21 years in real estate working with builders and developers to identify, acquire, site plan, build and sell property. Johan is responsible for overall sales planning and processes at Triumph North.
