A panelized or fully modular unit can be constructed in our factory environment, streamlining the entire build process and ensuring precision at every stage. These units can include all structural components such as walls, subfloors, and roofing, along with insulation, cladding, windows, and doors. Optional interior finishes may include complete kitchens and bathrooms, drywall or alternative wall treatments, primer and/or paint, trimwork, and lighting, tailored to your project’s specific needs and level of completion.

Design Review & Project Alignment
Our expert design team reviews your plans or helps guide you through our PrimeSpaces catalogue. We assess compatibility with panelized construction methods and provide clear options based on your goals, site conditions, and budget.
Define Your Build Approach
Based on your project needs, you can choose how your PrimeSpace is delivered:
- Fully Panelized Delivery: A complete building envelope delivered to site with windows, roofing, and cladding pre-installed in our facility
- Contractor-Led Installation: Delivered panelized, with installation completed by your own contractor
- Hybrid or On-Site Completion: Where full factory installation isn’t feasible, our in-house trades can complete cladding, windows, and roofing on-site
Detailed Quoting
We provide a comprehensive quote covering manufacturing, delivery, and installation based on your selected approach, including timelines and required deposits.
Engineering & Manufacturing
Once contracts, approvals, and deposits are in place, your project moves into production:
- Selection and approval of exterior finishes
- Conversion of design into manufacturing shop drawings
- Client review and approval of drawings
- Procurement of materials and production scheduling
- Precision manufacturing aligned with site readiness
Delivery & Installation
Delivery is coordinated with you and your contractor to align with site conditions. Your PrimeSpace is delivered and installed based on your selected approach — whether by your team, your contractor, or PrimeFab’s installation partners.
Your Role in the Process
We’ve structured our approach to give you flexibility while helping control costs and avoid unnecessary overhead.
- Engage your own architect and/or general contractor, or we can connect you with trusted partners to support permitting
- Prepare the site for delivery, with our guidance throughout the process
- Complete interior work after installation (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, millwork, etc.), either independently or with your trades
In most cases, once the PrimeSpace structure is delivered, installation takes just one to a few days, allowing your team to quickly move into final interior completion.
